INGREDIENT

Skin Dough: 100 gr / 7 tbs Wheat Flour, 1 teaspoon Salt, 50 ml / 0,25 Water of Glass, 30 ml / 2 tbs Oil, 200 ml / 1 Oil of Glass (Soaking) Filling: 125 gr Meat (minced), 4 Egg, 1 bunch of Leek, 1 teaspoon Powder Broth, ½ teaspoon White Pepper Powder, ½ teaspoon Salt Garnish: Tiptop Chili Sauce

HOW TO COOK

STEP 1:
Prepare a container then put wheat flour, salt, and mineral water. Stir briefly, then continue to knead with your hands until smooth or not sticky.
STEP 2:
Then add oil, and knead again until evenly distributed. Divide the dough into 2 parts, then soak in cooking oil for 2 hours.
STEP 3:
Prepare a cutting board and knife, then thinly slice the leek. Continue to prepare the container, then mix all the filling ingredients. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
STEP 4:
Take 1 part of the skin dough then spread it by slightly slamming it. Do this until the dough is wide and very thin.
STEP 5:
Prepare a frying pan, then add the oil that is used for soaking. After it's hot, put the skin dough then give the filling, then fold it.
STEP 6:
Cook until brownish, Lift and ready to serve with TIptop Chilli Sauce
